Dive bombers

Here is a quickie workout:

My time is 12:10

30 Walking Lunges total
30 Kipping Pullups
30 24" Box Jumps
30 Paralette Pushups
30 Side Squats total
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Dive Bombers

Oh, and don't forget to breathe.
