Wickedly Sweet

Here is a short workout for you:

100 Kettle Bell Swings (45lbs or whatever you can handle)
5 Burpee-Pushups (every minute on the minute)

Easy workout, my time was 6:47.  Set your timer for 15 minute max.

Key to this workout is to push.  If you pace, a lot more Burpees for you.
