Getting back on track

So going for my first week of workouts every day.  Body has some choice words for the spirit, none of which I can repeat here due to the profanity clause of Blogger.com


Here is a doozy for you:


29 mins-5 1 minute rounds with a minute rest between sets.

Jump Rope with 1lb rope   111-119-99-109-111
Pushups on Paralettes          22-16-16-19-23
KBS with 45lb                    18-19-19-19-20
Crunches                             31-18-20-18-17
Ring Rows                           16-23-11-13-14

and your one minute rest.  I posted my numbers to the right so you can beat them!
