Been awhile I know.
In Febuary I took three months off of training to do three construction jobs. Yet, took a vacation.
May and June were crazy months of trying to get back in shape and dealing with allergies. The thing here to remember is, that when I train, I stay strong and healthy. When I do not train, I weaken and the little
things come back to haunt me.
In between school upgrades, here is my first big workout:
30 minute AMRAP
200 Jump Ropes with 2lb rope
50 Squats
I made five rounds with 85 jump ropes in the sixth round.
