29 mins-5 1 minute rounds with a minute rest between sets.
Jump Rope with 1lb rope 111-119-99-109-111
Pushups on Paralettes 22-16-16-19-23
KBS with 45lb 18-19-19-19-20
Crunches 31-18-20-18-17
Ring Rows 16-23-11-13-14
and your one minute rest. I posted my numbers to the right so you can beat them!
